The Senior-Level Requirements Manager – Role Description & Requirements

As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll work to develop leading-edge applications, systems, and data products. Working with your team of architects, developers, testers, business analysts, DevSecOps engineers, data scientists, AI/ML engineers and alongside user experience specialists, content strategists, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to our clients. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a IVERTIX office or client site and working remotely.

Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, including all aspects of business process and requirements elicitation, documentation, and testing
- Experience with managing client and stakeholder relationships
- Experience with AWS technologies, tools, and service offerings
- Experience with project and requirement management software, including Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of working with a distributed cloud services team to coordinate priorities, track progress, and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve mission delivery
- Ability to be organized, manage time, and multi-task efficiently
- Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications Considered:
- Experience with data platforms and data management domains, including data quality, metadata management, and data architecture
- Experience with developing ETL specifications, API specifications, and source to target mappings
- Experience with data and analytics services using AWS
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery
- Ability to work with the team in a team-oriented, inclusive, and collaborative work environment to achieve consensus
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including editing and presentation skills
